Pruning

01 · Our approach

Arborist-led care

Every cut changes how a tree grows and compartmentalizes injury and decay.

Our arborists favor smaller, well-placed cuts over unnecessary large cuts. We do not top trees, and we do not recommend pruning simply because equipment is already on the property.

02 · What we do

Work shaped around the tree and the property.

Structural pruning

Develop stronger branch architecture in young and maturing trees and reduce leverage on overextended limbs.

Clearance & risk reduction

Create appropriate clearance from roofs, driveways, streets, and other targets while retaining natural tree form.

Restoration pruning

Manage structural concerns in storm-damaged or previously topped trees and support more sustainable development over time.

View pruning

Open deliberate windows through the canopy while avoiding excessive foliage removal and unnecessary loss of stability.
